On Saturday, May 18, 2019, Chapter members participated in the quarterly cleanup of our portion of the Fairfax County Parkway outside Fort Belvoir.
We collected 17 bags of trash in less than 2 and 1/2 hours time. We chased away a couple of snakes and found about $1.20 in loose money and a VA lottery scratcher that was a $4 winner along the highway.
